At Tatum Human Performance, we pride ourselves on our effective training process. From a client's first steps walking through the door, we are efficient in our assessment and customize a program to ensure no training time is ever wasted.

𝟏) 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧- Whoever you are, whatever your goals...all roads start here. We will get a clear picture of where you've been, where you are, and where you'd like to go.⠀
𝟐) 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 & 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠- Alongside goal specific movement screens, we gather baseline strength and power numbers that will be retested every six weeks as you progress.⠀
𝟑) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧- Based on challenges identified within the initial evaluation, we then create an individualized functional training program based on your goals, current fitness, lifestyle, and available equipment (if online or virtual).
𝟒) 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟑𝐱/𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤- We offer in-person, online, or virtual options to cater to your level of comfortability.
